We just got out of court. DOGE is trying to avoid transparency while they take over and dismantle key government operations at great expense to American taxpayers.

That’s illegal.

So, we sued them to force them to preserve records in accordance with the Federal Records Act and turn them over by March 10.

Today, we went to court and asked a judge to force DOGE to comply. As DOGE makes extreme cuts to key programs, the American people need answers about its operations before the government funding deadline on March 14.
