Education Department investigating Northern Virginia school districts for transgender support policies

It's official: Trump's Administration is abusing the power of the Department of Education to target LGBTQ+-friendly school districts. In Fairfax County, three out LGBTQ+ leaders (all former Victory Fund candidates!) currently serve on the school board: School Board Chair Karl Frisch, Robyn Lady and Kyle McDaniel. And now, they're being targeted for doing the right thing.

In some states, school boards are being threatened by anti-trans extremists who call LGBTQ+-friendly school board members pedophiles, child abusers and predators. Even more alarming? Two anti-LGBTQ+ extremist groups, the Proud Boys and Moms for Liberty, are training their members to run for local office. John, we have a choice: allow the Proud Boys and other bigots to take control of our local governments, or elect LGBTQ+ leaders who will stand up to them and Trump. Now, it's a clear choice: we can be intimidated by extremism and let these bigots pass bathroom bills and ban Pride flags.
