COVID-19 Response Long-Term
Recovery Phase

In April, more than 60 Indiana rural communities received more than $10.7 million in funding through the Immediate Needs phase of the Office of Community and Rural Affairs' COVID-19 Response Program. In order to continue addressing the economic impact caused by COVID-19 on rural Hoosier businesses, OCRA is launching a Long-Term Recovery phase of the COVID-19 Response Program.

Eligible applicants include non-entitlement local units of government and can apply for up to $250,000. The two eligible economic recovery activities include grants or loans to businesses to retain low-to-moderate (LMI) jobs.
