We’re running out of time, Friend.

Government funding runs out at the end of this week, and if a deal isn’t reached by then, the federal government will shut down. MAGA extremists want a funding patch that allows Donald Trump and Elon Musk to illegally gut even MORE federal government programs that help working families and lower energy costs.

This is wildly out of touch. American families are already struggling with rising energy costs. MAGA funding cuts degrade our air and water quality, raise energy costs, kill millions of good paying jobs, and threaten the health and safety of families across the country — just to give billionaires more tax breaks.

There is still time to pressure Congress before a government shutdown, Friend. Take action today and tell your member of Congress: NO cuts in the budget to critical services to appease Trump and Musk.

On their wishlist for this budget, Trump, Musk, and Republicans want to halt clean energy investments that would lower costs and produce more clean energy here in the United States. We can’t afford to let them put our economy and our future at risk.

Our families deserve clean air and water. The profits of billionaires and corporations shouldn’t take priority over our health.

The Constitution is clear: Congress — not the president, and certainly not the unelected Musk — holds the power of the purse. They can stop these illegal overreaches and defend against these extreme cuts. But to make it happen, we need to make our voices heard. Without action by Congress, the government will shut down on Friday, Friend, so we need to take action NOW. Send a message to your members of Congress urging them to take their power back and pass a budget WITHOUT cutting essential programs.
