With the passing of School Choice legislation SB 2 in the senate, headed by Sen. Brandon Creighton, all eyes are on the Texas House to get School Choice legislation passed. We are pleased to announce great news from the Texas Capitol on this front… School Choice looks to finally be happening! House Bill 3 (HB 3), now has 76 representatives signed on as co-authors, enough votes to pass a majority vote in the Texas House! Led by Rep. Brad Buckley, this bill is a game-changer for school choice and parental empowerment in Texas, and with your support, we can make it law.
