John,

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is a key environmental and science agency that, among other things, provides weather forecasts and keeps our communities safe.

But now, Trump has given Elon Musk and his so-called Department of Government Efficiency full access to ransack our federal government and wreak havoc on the scientific and regulatory systems that protect American families' safety and jobs.

John, SEEC Members Reps. Deborah Ross (D-N.C.) and Eric Sorensen (D-Ill.) have already authored a response to President Trump, and many of their SEEC colleagues rallied outside NOAA demanding to be let in and see what Musk and his cronies were doing firsthand. Help us stop Trump and DOGE from privatizing our federal forecasting system and rush a donation to support our work today. » [[link removed]]

Before he was elected to Congress, Rep. Eric Sorensen was a weatherman, John.

He knows that the people who will really pay the price for Trump’s attempts to privatize NOAA will be the farmers and workers who rely on this information not only to do their jobs, but to survive.

Trump and Musk are in lockstep to roll back common-sense climate resources and protections like NOAA because it’ll make them a quick buck. Reps. Ross and Sorensen are leading the fight to stop their dangerous cuts, but they need your support to fight back against Congress’s anti-climate majority and protect workers across the country. Will you stand with SEEC and rush a donation of any amount today? [[link removed]]

Stop DOGE From Gutting NOAA » [[link removed]]Thanks for getting organized with us, John.

Stay tuned,

SEEC PAC
