This panel & workshop focuses on fighting back against racist, sexist, homophobic and transphobic behavior from bosses (and event, sadly, from coworkers). Our panel will be moderated by James Oliveros from South Seattle College's Labor Education & Research Center.

?

Listen as workers tell their stories from a variety of workplaces, about how they took action, the tactics they used, and the results they had.

?

Plan by analyzing your workplace in smaller groups in order to make plans for how you and your co-workers can organize to change your workplace for the better.

?

Build off the workshop by taking home resources on your rights at work, readings on past & current struggles, and information about future trainings that can help you make a change at your work!

?

Interested in facilitating a small group discussion? Reach out to Seattle DSA's Labor Working Group and we will provide all the materials you need.
