The Musk-Trump rampage to break the federal government has been running full steam ahead. And all of us — across the country — are about to feel the impact.
Over the weekend, roughly 3,400 workers in the US Forest Service (USFS) and 1,000 in the National Parks Service (NPS) were terminated1 — many of whom are tasked with wildfire prevention or rescuing stranded visitors.
And this morning, several hundred were let go from the Federal Aviation Association2 — just 18 days after the deadliest commercial plane crash since 2009.
These are just a few of the more than 200,000 federal workers in every state who have been targeted for layoffs. And it’s only the beginning.
Elon Musk is selling our safety and security for his own personal tax breaks. Sign our petition today and tell Congress to kick Elon Musk out of our government, before he tears down even more vital safety services.

You might hear Elon Musk and his crew say this is about cutting costs. Don’t be fooled for a second. This is all about Trump and Musk breaking things to enrich themselves, even if it means our parks, mountains, and airplanes become more dangerous than ever before.
According to reports, the fired FAA employees were largely responsible for “radar, landing and navigational aid maintenance.”
And for decades, USFS and NPS workers have kept our hundreds of national parks accessible, clean, and safe.
But Elon Musk doesn’t care about your safety. He doesn’t care about wildfire prevention.
He cares about breaking the entire federal government all so he can steal billions. And every day that he’s in charge, more people are put in danger while his pockets get fuller.
