If Hamas Toys with Trump, 'This Deal Crashes on the Rocks Very Soon' |
by Suzanne Bowdey |
All hell did not break loose for Hamas on Saturday, but the word "shaky" doesn't begin to describe their ceasefire deal with Israel. Thinking better of provoking an already irritated Donald Trump, the terrorists released three hostages this weekend as planned - and unlike this month's earlier swap, these men looked almost human. |

Lies and Folly: The Media's Un-American Ambush of Vance's Endorsement of Free Speech |
by Joshua Arnold |
As Democrats resume their ineffectual strategy of instinctively attacking Donald Trump at every turn, the mainstream media has followed suit, though with a sorely depleted hand. But the administration's nearly perfect pitch has complicated this fault-finding mission. On Friday, Vice President J.D. Vance descended into a European den of censorious socialists to deliver a principled lecture on free speech and free elections at a Security Conference in Munich, Germany. by S.A. McCarthy |
In his quest to end the bureaucratic Deep State's stranglehold on the federal government and eliminate waste and overspending, President Donald Trump and his administration are firing thousands of federal employees. The layoffs mostly affect probationary employees hired last-minute by the Biden administration, but more senior roles deemed unnecessary or ineffective in various agencies have also been cut. Many of the mass layoffs come as the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) conducts its audits of federal agencies and executive departments, identifying waste and, in some cases, fraud within the federal bureaucracy. |

Trump Admin. Bolsters Security to Protect Migrant Children |
by S.A. McCarthy |
After four years of chaos under the Biden administration, President Donald Trump and his allies are moving to end the child trafficking crisis at the nation's southern border. According to The New York Times, former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official Mellissa B. Harper, who now heads the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) division tasked with handling "unaccompanied migrant children," has introduced more stringent security measures to ensure that children are not released to predators or traffickers, only to family members and established guardians. |
