This training will cover the EEO definition of disability, the ADA and ADAA, the types of accommodations available including telework, the interactive process and how to establish an EEO case if the agency fails to provide a reasonable accommodation. WFP’s outstanding EEO attorneys will be leading these important webinars. To make this training as accessible as possible, we are offering sessions at four separate times over two days.
