*February 18, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 62060-2-RA-25 (Record No. 17749)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Telrite Corporation d/b/a Life Wireless (Telrite or the Company) for designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) for the limited purpose of offering lifeline services to qualifying customers, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 214(e)(2), Wyoming Statute § 37-15-104(a)(vi)(B), and Commission Rule Chapter 4, Section 13.
