While waiting for applications to open...

In the meantime, visit our Boot Camp webpage [[link removed]] to learn more about our candidate training curriculum, program eligibility, what makes an ideal applicant for this training, and the benefits of being an Emerge alum.

The Emerge training centers women of the New American Majority - Black, Brown, and Indigenous women, women of color, LGBTQ+, young, and unmarried women. In building a reflective democracy, we know the value of developing leaders who have the passion and skills to bring their community’s voice to the decision-making table.

Today, we have more than 1,200 Emerge alums serving in elected office throughout the country. Our alums have a 70% win rate, and Emerge alums are nearly six times more likely to win.
