The US Women's Soccer Team continue to fight for equal pay, despite constant attacks and negotiations breaking down. Their tenacity and drive make me confident that soon they'll come out ahead and win the fight for equal pay. Meanwhile, the rest of us need to follow their example and fight for women who don't have a national spotlight to aid their cause.



From being passed over for promotion after promotion to discovering that male colleagues are making far more despite having less experience, women in every industry face an uphill battle against a sexist system. But by standing with them, we can push for equal pay protections. My colleagues and I have been working hard in the House for exactly that, but we need your help to keep up the fight!
