Team,

Donald Trump back in the Oval Office has been exactly the disaster that so many of us foresaw. But while the gaslighting, fearmongering, and strongman act has been predictable, there have been some surprises:

Trump cutting off funding to NIH and the CDC, and restricting access to crucial, life-saving medical research, treatments, and clinical trials for cancer researchers is cruel beyond measure, even for MAGA.

Cancer can affect anyone. It respects no class, race, or political position. There is no reason anyone should want to disrupt cancer research—Trump is simply a deranged madman who cares only about himself, his wealth, and wielding power over others.

With Trump and Musk given a blank check by the GOP-controlled Congress, so many important programs and vulnerable people have been put at risk.

But we can change all that. On April 1, voters in my district in Florida will be going to the polls to make their voices heard in this special election. And with your support, they will send me— a public school teacher and father of two young boys —to Congress to put a stop to Trump’s lunacy.

Will you help me get there? We have less than 45 days to do the work it would take a normal campaign to do in nearly six months—which is why I am personally asking if you will chip in any amount -- split with iVote Fund -- to send me to Congress to stop Trump’s cruelty and hate: [[link removed]]

STOP TRUMP’S CRUELTY [[link removed]]It’s time to rise up and say enough is enough. Thank you for doing your part at this critical hour.

Sincerely,
Josh Weil

iVote was created in 2014 with one goal: secure voting rights for all Americans.

Rather than take on challenges in the court after unfair laws have passed, iVote plays defense on voter suppression efforts AND goes on offense to secure and expand access to voting.

Going on offense is critical. We have the chance to elect Secretaries of State that will protect our elections for years to come. But Republicans are already suppressing and blocking certain citizens from exercising their fundamental right to vote.

DONATE [[link removed]]

We need a massive coalition to register new voters and protect our right to vote in this election and beyond.

We know you get a lot of emails, but it's only because this fight is so important. We need you to stick with us long term. But if you must go, you can unsubscribe.
