House Financial Services Chair French Hill (R-AR) and Senate Banking Chair Tim Scott (R-SC) are leading the charge to overturn the Biden Administration’s rule capping outrageous overdraft fees.

If they succeed, banks will once again be free to nickel-and-dime hard working people with fees as high as $35 per overdraft. AWFUL!
