The Lincoln Project

Friend,

A little over a month since Trump freed the January 6th criminals, and they’re starting to act like him now more than ever.

Trying to screw over the courts with bogus claims and ridiculous requests for special treatment?

Come on, that’s a page right out of ol’ Donnie T’s playbook.

Unsurprisingly, the criminals Donald Trump just had to cut loose on day one aren’t exactly upstanding citizens. In fact, they’re pretty bottom-of-the-barrel.

You’d think that a bunch of cop-beaters who stormed the Capitol with the goal of hanging the Vice President of The United States would have a cleaner record, but believe us, they don’t.

Child porn, bomb plots, murder plots, domestic violence, armed police altercations… pretty much everything under the prison sun. And because they’re Trumpies, they just might get away with all of those extra crimes that came on top of trying to destroy our nation’s democracy.

Abuse of power is the name of the game for this administration. Since taking office, that’s all they’ve done. These criminals are no different.

Remember, Donald Trump put these criminals back out on the streets. He didn’t care if they were violent, he didn’t care about their past offenses, and he certainly didn’t care about your safety. And now, everybody he set free thinks they’re above the law. Just like Trump.

Our mission for the foreseeable future is to make sure that these criminals know their place. Nobody is above the law in this country, and people who break it will be held accountable. Checks and balances may have been abandoned at the federal level, but we’ll always be here on a grassroots level.

No matter how rich, how famous, or how close to Trump people who break the law are, we’ll be here to make them pay. Chip in to show us you’re with us >>
