Elon Musk poured hundreds of millions of dollars into the effort to elect Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans last November, and he’s been rewarded with unprecedented control over the federal government.
Now he’s using the same playbook to try and flip an important Supreme Court race in Wisconsin, where Republicans are trying to defeat Susan Crawford and flip the court to conservative control.

Although this race is happening in Wisconsin, we shouldn’t lull ourselves into believing that its effects will be limited to there.
If Elon Musk and his billionaire allies succeed in flipping the court, they could lock in Republican gerrymanders that make it even harder for Democrats to win control of Congress in the future.
We should also remember that Wisconsin is a pivotal swing state in presidential elections. When Trump lost Wisconsin in 2020, he challenged the results in front of the state Supreme Court. And although they ruled against him at the time, the conservative candidate being bankrolled by Elon has refused to say whether the decision was the right one.
We cannot leave the future of our democracy in the hands of corrupt, unaccountable billionaires like Elon Musk, John.
That's why I'm asking every member of this movement to split a donation between my campaign and Susan Crawford today. The future of our democracy is on the ballot, and we must do everything we can to defend it.
