Dear Friend, 

You may have heard about my case from Charlie Kirk, Tucker Carlson, Elon Musk or any of the mainstream Conservatives outraged by my story. 

Today I am asking for your help as I fight to prevent this life-ending surgery on my boy. 

Friend, You may know that I’ve spent years fighting to stop LGBTQ+ activists from “transitioning” my 12-year-old son against my will. It started ten years ago when my ex-wife claimed our 2-year-old son, James, wanted to become a girl.  

In our home state of Texas, a Judge ruled against my wife, ruled against giving her sole custody, and reprimanded her for trying to force my child into this transgender ideology.  

But then radical trans activists plotted with my ex-wife to kidnap my son James to California: a “trans sanctuary” state. 

Predictably, once they were in California, a radical Judge sided with my ex-wife ripping my son away from me and giving her full custody to proceed with chemically castrating my son. 

When this Judge’s decision was released. It looked like it was over for my son.  

He wouldn’t be able to have kids...

He would be physically mutilated...

At the age of 9, my son’s life would be over...

As a parent I couldn’t stand by and let them do this to my boy. 

Even though this fight will be difficult I’m ready to do whatever it takes to protect my son. 

Because this is ridiculous, this is terrifying and I know that it is wrong to have hormone blockers in our kids, transgender surgeries for children, and chemical castration of children. 

But these powerful Lefists are trying to use every tactic to bury me.  

They got me fired from my job and blacklisted from the tech industry... 

They’re trying to bury me in paperwork... 

They’re trying to bankrupt me in legal fees... 

Thankfully Patriot’s Legal Defense Fund is stepping in to help me fight back against this massive Leftist Legal machine and cover my legal fees.  

But they rely on generous individuals like you Friend. That’s why I am asking for your help today. I know you won’t shy away from the sacrifices that it will take to protect our children and protect our future.

We are fighting against the most radical judges in the nation, and the most powerful Leftist forces. 
 
I am going up against Judge Mark Juhas, an infamous California transgender judge, a judge who has made many of these horrendous rulings.  

But we can remove him. 

Right now I am working with Patriot’s Legal Defense Fund to remove Judge Juhas. 

But this is a massive undertaking.

As we’ve seen with the Judges blocking Trump’s executive orders, they have thousands of judges in their pockets, and they have billions of dollars in funding to keep buying them. 

But I refuse to ever stop fighting for my son… for truth… and for what’s right.  Because I don’t want this to ever happen to another family.

P.S. After Tucker Carlson interviewed me on his podcast, I was fired from my job and blacklisted.  These radical LGBTQ+ activists have the upper hand when it comes to money and power.  But I’ll never stop fighting to save my son.  By God, never.
