Musk can buy a lot of ads. In fact, in its quest to put Schimel on the court, Team GOP is now outspending Team Dem. But Judge Susan Crawford—the candidate Dems support—has an advantage GOP money alone can’t fix. Voters are FURIOUS about Elon Musk.
What Musk is doing to Social Security, the Veterans Administration, health care, and so much more—is absolutely toxic.
If Brad Schimel wins the Wisconsin Supreme Court Court, Musk, Trump, and their friends will have unchecked power in Wisconsin. They’ll overturn elections. Rig maps. Unleash the 1849 abortion ban—a law Schimel supports.
If Judge Susan Crawford wins, then Wisconsin’s Supreme Court will continue deciding cases based on the law, instead of the whims of far-right billionaires. We’ll know that, in the nation’s tipping-point state, voters—not judges—will determine who wins elections.
