PLANNED PARENTHOOD ACTION FUND
There's no freedom without reproductive freedom.

The right to care for our own bodies, plan our own families, and decide our own futures are essential parts of healthier communities and a more just world.

Today is International Women's Day, a time to celebrate women's progress, honor women, and recommit ourselves to a future where a person's gender doesn't limit their rights, freedom, or ability to get care. Will you speak out to protect reproductive health care access across the world?

Tell Congress to put an end to the global gag rule by supporting the Global Health, Empowerment, and Rights (HER) Act.
Take Action

One of the first actions of the Trump-Vance administration was to reinstate the global gag rule by executive action, a policy that cuts off U.S. global health funding for international organizations if they provide, counsel, refer, or advocate for abortion in their country — even if no U.S. funds support these activities.

Through the global gag rule, the Trump administration is trying to silence doctors and cut people off from care. The global gag rule limits options for people who already face so many barriers to care and denies essential health care services to women and girls. It is a direct attack on reproductive freedom worldwide.

A bipartisan coalition in Congress introduced legislation to permanently repeal the global gag rule.

Contact your member of Congress today, and tell them to co-sponsor the Global HER Act, so we can end the global gag rule once and for all.
