As we wrap up the first week of Women’s History Month, it's important that we use this time as a reminder to honor the remarkable contributions of women throughout history who have shaped our society and continue to drive progress.
Especially in the times we are in today, it has never been more important to uplift women. It has never been more important for us to reflect on the challenges they faced and the barriers they broke, and commit to empowering the next generation of leaders.
When I envisioned my barrier breaking campaign for your Lieutenant Governor, I knew I wanted to craft a team that reflected Virginia. That’s why I worked alongside two of the strongest women I know to build Women for Stoney, a powerful coalition of women from all across the Commonwealth to guide my campaign. |
