It's spring here AND in Jarhead's story.
 
One of the things that I love about Jessica's diary is that her stories mirror ours out here in the real world. Spring for us is also spring for them, and it gives us a peek at what that season might be like in a post-power world. 
 
Things begin to settle into a "new normal" in Jessica's community as trade agreements are made and school is in session.
