February 19, 2025 – 30026-99-GP-24 (Record No. 17709) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG) for authority to pass on a wholesale gas cost decrease of $0.0068 per therm for non-Choice Gas customers, effective for usage on and after December 1, 2024. The rate applies to 66,939 customers, including the Cheyenne and Cody divisions and all non-Choice Gas customers in the Casper, Gillette, and Torrington divisions who have elected to take service under the Gas Cost Adjustment Rate. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order.

 

February 19, 2025 - 10008-68-CT-25 (Record No. 17758) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice of the Application of Niobrara Electric Association (NEA or the Cooperative) for authority to update its labor costs, reconnect fees collection visit fee, and additional meter test fee.
