Hey Team, Following up on Alex’s last message - our final fundraising push ends at midnight tonight! We’re going to be in full GOTV mode these next few days working hard to get voters out to the polls. But COVID-19 restrictions have forced us to rewrite our campaign strategy, focusing more on digital organizing tactics and virtual events to engage and mobilize our supporters. The thing is, though, that changing things on the fly isn’t cheap. When Alex emailed you yesterday, we were about halfway to our last fundraising goal of the primary election. But we’re not there yet, and we want our latest ad to reach as many people as possible...
Together, let’s finish this campaign strong so that Frank can continue to be a dedicated public servant and trusted resource for everyone in Northwest Indiana! Thanks for all you do! -- Team Mrvan

---------- Forwarded message --------- Team, I can hardly believe June is already around the corner -- that means our primary election is only days away! But first, we’ll need to hit our May fundraising goal, because with everything going on right now, we need your support to make sure we can keep our campaign running virtually. Earlier this month we set a BIG internal goal: Raising $12,000 in grassroots donations without any in-person events so we can keep our latest TV ad on the air. If you haven't seen it yet, you can watch it here. We knew this wouldn’t be easy, friend, but Frank didn’t jump into this race because it is easy. So here’s the challenge: as of today, we still have $6,219 left to raise with our time quickly running out.
Without the key in-person voter contact we originally planned, we’re now relying on direct mail pieces, on our digital presence, and most importantly, on supporters like you, and the rest of Team Mrvan, to get our message out to every voter in the district. That’s why we’re hoping you’ll step up and chip in $15, or whatever amount you can afford during these uncertain times, to help us keep our ad on the air in the final countdown to Election Day.
