Friend,
Tomorrow marks yet another potential Supreme Court decision day where the Court may announce its decision on the future of DACA.
As we get closer to the deadline for the final Supreme Court decision days in 2020, each day may bring new stress for DACA recipients, like myself, and our loved ones. At the same time, the coronavirus pandemic has added an additional layer of uncertainty to this already difficult time and has made it even harder to connect with our communities or provide comfort to our loved ones. That’s why it’s important that we ensure that everyone who is struggling can access the mental health resources and support they need.
My colleagues and I have compiled a number of mental health resources and tips to help anyone feeling overwhelmed find those moments of peace and support.
Take a moment to check out these mental health resources available before tomorrow’s potential Supreme Court decision. Remember: we’re in this together.

In this mental health toolkit, you’ll find information about how to best access mental health resources if you are undocumented or uninsured, as well as hotlines providing support, local resources, and essential tips to incorporate into your daily routine to prioritize your own health and wellbeing.
One of the most important things any of us can do right now is check in with our loved ones and look out for signs that they are struggling. Even as the coronavirus pandemic keeps us physically distant, we can still virtually connect with our communities and provide them with support.
We all deserve to feel joy and love every day — especially when the future feels so uncertain. Make sure you have all the information you need to take care of yourself and the people you love.
Read and share these mental health resources with your friends and family! And remember — take some time for yourself today.
