The Minnesota Legislature eliminated the fee for filing an external appeal with Commerce last year. External appeals provide an independent review of denied medical claims and are now available at no cost to the insured. To learn more or to file an external review, visit our website.

According to a new report released by Commerce and the Minnesota Pollution Control, Minnesota’s greenhouse gas emissions dropped by 14% between 2005 and 2022. Solar power gives resort ‘new blood, new life’

A Minnesota lodge 20 miles North of Ely was able to add solar panels, thanks to Commerce’s funding support program [ [link removed] ]. The renewable energy source has made the difference in keeping this business open during the winter after sitting dormant for the past decade.
