Fantastic news—we are winning in the fight against Gavin
Newsom’s gas price hikes!
The California Office of Administrative Law just PAUSED
Newsom’s 65-cent
gas price hike because it failed to meet legal transparency
requirements.
As you may remember, just days after the election—at 9 PM on a
holiday weekend—Gavin Newsom’s Air Resources Board jammed through this
massive
gas price increase, hoping nobody would notice. But we did notice.
We exposed their corruption, mounted pressure, and forced the Newsom
Administration to backtrack.
Newsom oversees the Office of Administrative Law. There’s no way
they made this decision without his approval.
Perhaps he figured that the embarrassment of pausing his own gas
price hike was better than facing the political consequences of even
higher gas prices.
Thanks to you, he’s feeling the heat, and we’re turning up the
pressure! Our voices are making a difference.
Make no mistake—Newsom’s goal has always been to raise gas prices
so high that Californians are forced into costly EVs. We’ve fought
this scheme from the start, and we won’t stop now.
This pause on his recent price hike is a victory, but the fight
isn’t over. Newsom’s Air Resources Board has 120 days to revise and
resubmit.
That’s why we need my Senate
Bill 2—to immediately repeal Newsom’s 65-cent gas hike and put an
end to his latest price-gouging scheme once and for all.
