The New Pennsylvania Project and Why Courts Matter– PA are excited to continue our crucial work of providing civic education to our communities. As a voting rights organization, our mission is to offer current, accurate, and accessible information on the importance of voting in every election.

We would like to invite you to join us for our Why Courts Matter – 301 Virtual Town Hall.

Event Details:
Date: Thursday, February 27, 2025
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 PM (via Zoom)
Speakers: Kadida Kenner, Founding CEO, New Pennsylvania Project and Quentin Mansfield, Democracy Project Coordinator, NPP

This town hall will focus on the importance of our federal courts, their impact on our daily lives, and how we can advocate for the independence of our federal courts.

During the event, we will discuss:
How federal judges are appointed and confirmed for a lifetime.
Cases heard by our federal district and federal appellate courts.
How the federal courts impact our daily lives.

Your participation can make a significant difference. A civically engaged electorate is crucial to ensuring fair and independent courts.
