Putting America First 🇺🇲

What a week, JOHN. After President Trump’s big address to Congress and an
important budgetary meetingat the White House
<[link removed]>, I can confidently say
America is back on track.



From bringing jobs home to slashing wasteful programs, the President has
renewed our efforts to put America first—and it’s all happening at breakneck
speed.



In less than two months, the new administration has:

* Directed the heads of executive departments and agencies to “deliver
emergency price relief
<[link removed]>
” to families.
* Postponed Biden’s burdensome efficiency rules
<[link removed]>
that drove up costs for everything from air conditioners to gas stoves.
* Stopped the antics happening at USAID, ensuring taxpayers are no longer on
the hook for fundingwoke nonsense

.
* Protected America’s children by eliminating radical indoctrination and
banning
<[link removed]>
boys from participating in girls’ sports.
* Established DOGE
<[link removed]>
to sniff out the waste, fraud, and abuse of our tax dollars.
While Biden’s policies left our country in shambles, President Trump is
undoing the damage and putting Americans back in the driver’s seat. There’s no
doubt the highlight of my week wasmeeting with him
<[link removed]> at the White House to
double down on my commitment to restoring some fiscal sanity in this country.



At the end of the day, I’m just a guy from humble beginnings in East
Tennessee. I know folks back home are struggling to put food on the table, and
if we don’t make some big changes, our nation will bebankrupt

in no time.



That’s not the America I want to leave to my daughter or future
grandchildren—and I know you’re with me on that.



President Trump is leading the charge to turn things around, and I’ve assured
him that I’ll help him out every step of the way. It’s time to keep up the
momentum and finish the job!




 



The Next Generation of Leaders 🧡







I had the pleasure of visiting with an impressive group of 8th graders from
Tennessee during their recent visit to the U.S. Capitol. It’s great to see
younger generations interested in learning about our nation’s great history and
how things work in Washington. They asked thoughtful questions and showed a
real interest in how our democracy works, which always leaves me feeling
encouraged.
