With so much happening in our government, Kim is making connecting with constituents a top priority. That’s why she has already hosted four townhalls since the start of the 119th Congress.

Just last night, Kim held a townhall for 7,400 Washingtonians. And in February, one of Kim’s townhalls had 14,000 people show up. This was one of the largest of the most recent townhalls for any congressional person—even Rachel Maddow herself was impressed when she shared the news on MSNBC!

WA-08 had a lot to say in these townhalls—and Kim was there to listen.

People are worried about rising grocery prices, the high cost of living, and partisan gridlock getting in the way of real solutions. Our district showed up and showed out, making it clear folks are ready for leaders who are focused on them, not political games.

Kim is working around the clock to bring your concerns straight to Congress. She’s working to lower costs for working families by holding corporate price gougers accountable, fighting for lower prescription drug prices, and fighting back against extremist politicians who are more interested in stoking division than solving problems.

But keeping our momentum with the GOP's trifecta—and ensuring Kim has the resources needed to fight back—won’t be easy. Extreme Republicans and their special interest allies are ready to say, do, and spend whatever it takes to get their way while ignoring the best interests of the American people. Simply put: we can’t afford to let that happen.
