Trump and National Republicans have made it clear they don’t respect our veterans — and their latest actions prove it.

FIRST: DOGE fired thousands of veterans, leaving them jobless and without a plan.

THEN: They announced plans to cut 80,000 jobs at Veterans Affairs, making it harder for over 300,000 Colorado veterans to get the medical care and benefits they earned.

NOW: When asked about these layoffs, Trump’s advisor dismissed them, saying some of these veterans are just “not fit” for government jobs.

After risking their lives for this country, veterans deserve more than blatant insults and broken promises. Taking care of veterans isn’t “government waste” — it’s our responsibility.
