Yesterday, Elissa joined Nicole Wallace on MSNBC for a conversation about the state of President Trump’s conversations with Putin, and the future of Ukraine.

She talked about how by supporting Putin’s negotiating position and cozying up to him, this administration is sending a signal not just to Ukraine – but to countries like China that we’re willing to back away from global leadership.

Near the end of the conversation, they also talked about everything else that has been flooding the zone from this administration – and the four tools that we have to respond (legislation and appropriations, litigation, communications, and elections.)
