medical school. And after a career advocating for maternal health and
homeless youth in Ohio, I led Ohio through the COVID-19 crisis as the
Director of the Department of Health.

medications, and other needs – and I’ll never turn away from Ohioans going
through the same struggles that I’ve faced.

But now MAGA billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy is also running for Governor of
Ohio – and this majorly ups the stakes of my race.

I won’t lie to you: I need to massively step up my fundraising to compete
with a billionaire.
