Notice of Vote on Proposed Changes to the NVBA Bylaws

At the March 23 Alliance Afternoon, President Libby Lyons will do a brief presentation on proposed changes to the By-Laws of the Northern Virginia Bird Alliance, and we’ll ask NVBA members to vote on adopting them. The proposed changes, available here, define the responsibilities of the Executive Director. Libby’s presentation will be at 3:00 pm following an informal gathering starting at 2:30, and immediately before Matt Felperin begins his presentation beginning at 3:15 pm. The meeting is at the National Wildlife Federation, 11100 Wildlife Center Drive, in Reston.
All members of NVBA can vote, either in person at the meeting or by proxy. If you want to submit a proxy vote, email [email protected] and we will send you a proxy ballot to return to our office by March 22.
