In the short term, Judge Hurson's decision means:

Gender clinics will continue mutilating vulnerable kids
Doctors will keep pushing dangerous, off-label hormones and puberty blockers
Parents' concerns -- and the growing voices of detransitioners -- will be ignored

John, this isn't just a setback implementing a lifesaving executive order -- it's a slap in the face to so many young people who were victimized -- for profit -- by gender clinics across the country.

But we will not back down.

The Center for American Liberty will continue to stand with detransitioners and advocate for policies that protect families from politically motivated medical experimentation.
