Dear Illinois Republican Family,

Our bold, hard-working and committed candidates depend upon us!

March 16 is the last day to register online, however, grace period registration is available through April 1 at election authority offices and early voting sites. Checking your voter registration is quick and easy through the Illinois State Board of Elections Voter Registration Lookup, and finding your early voting location is just a call away with your County Clerk/local election authority. By committing to vote early, Illinois Republicans can take the lead in shaping our state’s future and advancing conservative principles.

Due to Democrat influence in Illinois elections, it’s more important than ever to vote early and elect strong conservative leaders who will uphold Republican values. Republican victories at the local level build momentum for future state and national elections, ensuring a pipeline of strong conservative candidates. Low turnout in elections means every Republican early voting carries more weight, making it easier to flip seats and secure policy wins. Every Republican voice and vote matters, and I want to thank all our Republicans. I especially want to thank our leaders for being our champions.

Thank you, to President Trump! He addressed millions of Americans around the country and put forward his administration’s first 43 days in office – making common sense solutions, securing our border, stopping government waste and abuse, and putting America First. The next four years will be full of prosperity as we get our country back on track and the Illinois Republican Party will continue to work with President Trump to help Illinois families and Make America Great Again.

When Democrats refused to applaud a 13-year-old brain cancer survivor, the Laken Riley Act, rising military recruitment numbers, and Corey Comperatore’s family, Congresswoman Mary Miller called them out and urged them to stand for humanity. Democrats have made it clear they do not care about everyday Americans—they are too focused on pushing their radical leftist agenda, protecting criminals, and forcing men into women’s sports and locker rooms.

Congressman Darin LaHood grilled Brandon Johnson on the decline of Chicago as the Mayor continually puts illegal immigrants before Chicago residents at the expense of public safety, local businesses and law enforcement. During his questioning, LaHood grilled Johnson for instituting failed, progressive policies while being firmly rejected by the people of Chicago.

Speaker Mike Johnson chose Congressman Mike Bost to preside over the House during the vote to censure Rep. Al Green (D-TX) for his disrespectful outburst toward President Trump during the President’s Joint Address to Congress, after being asked multiple times to take a seat.

Additionally, at the state level, at the request of the Illinois Supreme Court, Illinois House Republicans filed a brief last week to further argue the case for fair maps in the State of Illinois. As Illinois House Deputy Leader Ryan Spain stated, this is step forward in our fight for fair maps that comply with the Constitution and give voters the choices they deserve. This is not a partisan issue – this is an issue negatively impacting every resident of our state. It's time to act on gerrymandering. Learn more at RedoRemap.com

Finally, I want to thank our children—the inspiration in our fight for a better Illinois. As a mother of six and grandmother of nine, my drive and determination come from a desire to leave a better Illinois for my grandchildren. As a proponent of home-schooling and a home-school mom myself, I also want to extend my gratitude to all our homeschooled students and families for their advocacy in Springfield, for championing parental rights and standing against government overreach in the lives of our families.

Competing in Critical Initiatives: Last election cycle, the Democrats invested nearly $20 million in early voting, VBM, and GOTV initiatives, while we could allocate only approximately $400,000. This disparity greatly affected the outcomes of many close races. However, Republicans made significant gains in early voting and utilizing VBM as more Republicans embraced voting before Election Day, thanks to the efforts of our first Bank Your Vote gala.

2024 Results: Republicans were the only voting group who increased their share of mail/early voters from 2020 to 2024.

  • The Illinois Republican Party increased Republican mail and early vote turnout by 35%.

  • 1 in 4 low propensity Republicans voted before Election Day–the highest percentage in Illinois history.

  • Low propensity Republicans voted early and by mail at a higher rate than unreliable Democrats for the first time in IL history, outperforming them by 7.6%.

Mayor Brandon Johnson’s Sanctuary City policies have failed Chicago

During the 2024 election cycle, we partnered with local Republican parties to ensure a strong presence during vote-by-mail processing. As we move forward, Republican election judges are in high demand, and we need your help to continue these vital efforts. With vote-by-mail playing a major role in our elections, all Republicans must take action.

🔍 Ensuring True Republican Representation
A review of voting records in Chicago, suburban Cook County, St. Clair County, and East St. Louis revealed that many so-called Republican election judges have a history of voting in Democratic primaries—this is unacceptable. We must do better in ensuring Republican election judge positions are filled by those who uphold our values.

👀 All Eyes on the Ballot
Election integrity starts with you. We need Republican poll watchers to help safeguard our elections. Every effort—big or small—makes a difference. If you have questions, concerns, or need training, contact CJ today.
