John,
I’m thrilled to step into the role of Executive Director at Lillian’s List! This opportunity is personal for me - I wouldn’t be here without the incredible women who paved the way, from my mentors to Elaine Marshall, who entrusted me with her re-election campaigns for NC Secretary of State. I've been incredibly fortunate over the past 20 years to have had the guidance and support of many progressive women in elected office, all of whom have helped prepare me for this moment. Now, I get to pay it forward by recruiting, training, and electing the next generation of progressive women leaders.
At a time when so much is at stake in North Carolina, we have an opportunity - and a responsibility - to strengthen our political pipeline. I know that by working together we’ll build a stronger pipeline - supporting candidates with the volunteers, staff, and resources they need to win. Together we can flip seats, protect our champions, and grow the number of women leading in North Carolina.
I can’t wait to get to work with you! Let’s build this movement together.
With gratitude,
Tiffany Reynolds-Richardson
Executive Director, Lillian’s List
