Friend, when a multibillion-dollar company like DoorDash pockets workers' tips, it's not only fundamentally unfair – it's unacceptable.
Delivery workers are integral to our communities, working tirelessly to bring food and other essentials directly to our doorsteps in all conditions. And yet for years, DoorDash misled customers and cheated hardworking delivery workers out of tips for their own gain.
That's why my office investigated, held them accountable, and won – securing $16.75 million to put money back into the pockets of Dashers in New York and bring much-needed transparency to DoorDash's payment practices.
This isn't just a victory for fairness, friend – this is a victory for workers and for every customer who tipped in good faith.
But our fight doesn't end here. Whether it's standing up for workers' rights, or taking on corporate greed, I will always fight to defend the rights of New Yorkers. And with your support, I can take on even bigger battles in the months ahead.
So if you believe in holding powerful corporations accountable, I hope you'll chip in $5 to my campaign today. Every dollar brings us one step closer to justice for New Yorkers and all Americans.

Thank you.
