BAD NEWS, John: Trump directly ATTACKED Eugene.
First, Trump’s official Rapid Response account — designed to push propaganda and attack the truth — called Eugene a “moron” on Twitter simply because he spoke out on the chaos and catastrophe Trump’s administration has created for working Americans.
Then, they went as far as to call him a “disgraced Congressman” and say he has “Trump derangement syndrome” on WhiteHouse.gov all because he’s holding Trump publicly accountable.
This isn’t the first time Trump has attacked Eugene, and it won’t be the last. He hasn’t forgotten that Eugene and I were the ones who blew the whistle on him 5 years ago when he tried to extort Ukraine, leading to his first impeachment.
Now, he’s made it clear: He’s coming after Eugene and our pro-democracy movement.
We cannot back down, and we cannot let these attacks go unanswered. We must show Trump and his cronies that our movement remains strong and ready to take him on. So Eugene needs a flood of resources today to prove the power of our grassroots movement.

Thank you for standing by Eugene's and my side as we continue our fight to defend our democracy.
