Even as our nation deals with an unprecedented crisis, crossing the horrific threshold of 1OO,OOO Americans who have been lost to this virus, President Trump continues to undermine our health care and our democracy. Here’s just a few things he has done in May:

-- Pushed to strike down the Affordable Care Act, even as tens of millions of Americans lost health insurance.
-- Spread false conspiracies about vote by mail and voter fraud.
-- Fired the State Department’s Inspector General for doing his job and trying to hold senior officials accountable.
-- Acted to defund the WHO during a global pandemic

Trump’s actions remind me of what’s at stake as we fight back: our health, our economy, our values, the rule of law, and the strength of our democracy.

I’m proud of the work our Democratic Majority has already accomplished, always putting the American people first. But I also know that we have so much more to do, and we need to protect and expand our majority in November to do it.

That’s why this End of Month Deadline is so important -- and why we have to do everything we can right now to protect our Democrats.
