According to recent reporting from The Hill, Senator Kamala Harris “is increasingly seen as the most likely choice for Biden, according to nearly two dozen Democratic operatives.” That has largely to do with her preparedness, with one Obama/Biden campaign operative saying Harris is an “exceptionally qualified individual...and she can be president on Day 2 if needed.”
Harris would be a historic vice president -- both the first Indian American and African American to hold the position. She’s also proved her chops on the debate stage, and some Democrats are eager for her to take Pence to task for his record on live TV.
But Kamala isn’t polling quite as high as Elizabeth Warren among likely voters. Since she’d be a heartbeat away from the presidency, and a crucial part of building a coalition to defeat Donald Trump, we need to know where you stand:
