North County Multiple Species Conservation Plan EIR - Public Scoping Meeting
Dear Interested Stakeholder,
We want to hear from you! The County of San Diego Planning & Development Services (PDS) invites you to share your thoughts on the scope and content of the environmental information to be contained in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the North County Multiple Species Conservation Plan (North County Plan) and attend our upcoming virtual meeting on April 1.
The following CEQA documents are ready for public review:
A Notice of Preparation (NOP) and Initial Study (IS) for an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is being circulated for public review from March 6, 2025, through April 5, 2025, to allow the public and agencies the opportunity to provide input on the environmental topics that should be analyzed in the environmental document, including any suggestions for measures or alternatives that should be considered to minimize environmental impacts.

Comments are due by: April 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Please email your comments to [email protected] with “North County Plan – NOP Scoping Comments” in the subject line.
Additionally, PDS is hosting one virtual public meeting to inform the public about the proposed project on April 1, 2025, at 6 PM.
When: April 1, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Virtual via Zoom.
