I contacted PepsiCo to let them know that I planned on doing a story about their woke policies. When I contacted them, they were ready to make some BIG changes.

I have to give their executives major credit for making these changes because these are some big changes. You can see the email that just went out to employees below. It’s corporate speak but what I wrote here is accurate as to their actual full changes.

PepsiCo has 318,000+ employees and a market cap of more than $200 BILLION dollars. Those employees will now have a neutral workplace without feeling that divisive issues are being injected and this corporate neutrality will also extend to their many suppliers who will no longer feel pressure to endorse these policies.

We’ve now changed policy at companies worth well over $4 Trillion dollars, with many millions of employees who have better workplace environments as a result. With PepsiCo changing policy, CocaCola should be very nervous about continuing with their woke policies. The spotlight is on them next.
