Eight years later, I'm honored to announce that I've been selected as Climate Chair of the DCCC!

Friends, I’ve been a bona-fide Climate Hawk since the day I entered Congress. No matter how angry it makes Trump and his Big Oil overlords, I refuse to ignore the giant melting glacier in the room.

While Trump’s goons dismantle the EPA, hand your tax dollars to fossil fuel CEOs, and scrub science from official communications, I’ll make sure Americans understand the threat climate change poses, and how we can solve it together.

I’ll demand evidence-based policymaking, continue nerding out over climate and energy stats on Twitter, and, above all, make sure climate deniers don’t get the last word.

It's an immense honor to join so many amazing friends and colleagues on the 2026 DCCC Leadership Team. We're ready to roll up our sleeves and start building support for Democratic priorities across the nation.
