John,
On Tuesday, President Trump gave his first address to Congress. As expected, we heard a whole bunch of lies, deception, and self-aggrandizement. Even a couple days later, we can’t figure out what the point of the speech could have possibly been other than to divide our country even more and lie to the public.
Trump yapped for quite a bit (almost 100 minutes) but conveniently didn’t get a chance to talk about:
* A real strategy to lower sky-high prices for working Americans.

* His plan to slash funding for Medicaid and SNAP to finance another round of tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans.

* His reckless tariffs on our closest trading partners, which could reignite inflation and weaken our economy.

* His attacks on NATO and Ukraine, undermining America’s standing in the world and our national security.

* How unelected bureaucrat Elon Musk accidentally fired federal workers charged with protecting our nuclear stockpile and ensuring air travel safety.

Not one of these actions that Trump has taken are popular or beneficial to working Americans – its chaos meant to diminish American leadership and hurt everyone, including the people who voted for him. So he leads with nonsense, bluster, and culture wars to distract us from his destructive policies that only benefit him and his band of billionaire friends.
John, we’re not distracted, we’re determined. Determined to fight through the noise and the nonsense to win the next election. [[link removed]]
In 2025 and 2026, it’s imperative we ensure Colorado remains a xxxxxx against MAGA policies and helps Democrats retake control of Congress. We’re laying the groundwork for that now by engaging in communities all across our state and recruiting working-class brawlers to lead our fight.
If you're ready to tune out the noise and help us recruit great candidates, host town halls, rebuild our precinct organizer program and start winning elections NOW...join us. We could use your support. >> [[link removed]]
