I don’t know about you, but I have been getting whiplash trying to keep up with all of the games that Trump has been playing with our economy.

Trump’s chaotic tariffs are a gut punch to working families in Northeast Ohio and nationwide. Their impact will be a price hike – primarily on consumers – on everything from gas and groceries to cars and more. Meanwhile, they will do NOTHING to ease the cost of living.

Trump has all but forgotten his “campaign promise” to lower the cost of groceries and other everyday essentials for the American people. Why? Because it was NEVER about helping working-class families. His primary goal was ALWAYS consolidating power so that Republicans could give more handouts to billionaires.

From slashing funding to critical programs and departments, including Medicaid, SNAP, Medicare, and Social Security, to massive layoffs to federal workers, this is just one example of how his administration poses an unprecedented economic threat to working people.
