Well, he’s nearly there. Axios reported that Trump’s super PAC is charging $1 MILLION a plate for fundraisers featuring the president.

The reason Trump is running a MASSIVE fundraising operation when he’s set to be termed out of office is because he’s going to bankroll Republicans in 2026.
The four GOP-held Senate seats we need to flip to take back control of the chamber? Those races just got a lot more expensive. Not to mention we still need to protect every Senate seat Democrats hold – like mine here in Virginia – where Republicans already believe it’s a state they can win.
