Hi John, I’m Evan Low. I’m so excited to write to you today as Victory Institute’s new President & CEO.

Before I ever held elected office, I was part of LGBTQ+ Victory Institute’s leadership pipeline. I’ve seen the great work this organization can do – and I know how important it is to keep growing.

As a Bohnett Fellow and a former member of Victory Institute’s Board of Directors, I saw firsthand how this organization transforms passionate advocates into effective public leaders. It’s why I ran for office - and it’s why I’m so committed to ensuring more LGBTQ+ leaders have the same opportunities I did.

Through programs like our Candidate & Campaign Trainings, our Victory Congressional Internship, and our global leadership initiatives, we’re building a pipeline of LGBTQ+ changemakers who are ready to lead—on school boards, in state legislatures, and even on the world stage.
