DEP Stakeholder Meetings: A Chance to Impact the Future of Plastic Beverage Containers.

As a reminder, the Department of Environmental Protection (“Department”) will conduct two stakeholder meetings addressing rulemaking topics for Title 38, §1615: Plastic beverage containers [ [link removed] ]. The first meeting will be held on Thursday March 13th from 9am-12pm EST and the second meeting will be held Wednesday April 23rd from 9am-12pm EST. Meetings will be held in person at 32 Blossom Lane, Deering Building Room 101, in Augusta and will also be available online.  To attend online, please register using the following link:  [link removed]
