Hi John,
If the reports are true, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin has put the health of our communities and planet at risk.
According to the news Zeldin is urging Trump to take unprecedented, reckless and unlawful steps to ignore science and attempt to reverse the Endangerment Finding – EPA’s determination that climate pollution threatens public health and welfare.
Zeldin’s attack would be ripped straight from the pages of Project 2025 – a blatant effort to open the door for big polluters and cancel limits on the pollution that causes extreme heat, wildfires and stronger storms.

But we won’t let them win without a fight. That’s why we’re urging policymakers to use their authority to push back against the Administration’s attempts to harm public health and welfare.
Send a message now urging your Members of Congress to speak out against the latest effort to stop EPA from protecting our air and climate.
Let’s make this clear. EPA’s Endangerment Finding is supported by extensive science, affirmed by the courts and provides EPA with the power to protect communities from harmful climate pollution. Reversing the Endangerment Finding is reckless, dangerous and puts EPA’s ability to stop climate pollution in jeopardy.
Without strong climate pollution safeguards, communities across the U.S. will face even more severe threats from the dangerous impacts of climate change — including harmful air quality, intensifying heat waves and worsening extreme weather events like storms and floods.
But here’s the problem with the Administration’s efforts: the mountain of scientific evidence doesn’t lie. Communities across the country are already feeling the impacts of climate change and, without immediate action, those impacts will only get worse.
Tell your Members of Congress: “We cannot allow the Trump Administration to ignore science and obstruct the EPA from doing its job!”
Thank you for fighting back,
Wes Rogerson,
Senior Manager, Grassroots Organizing & Activism
